Do invitees need an account?
No. The booking page is public, hosted on a neutral domain, and the invitee picks a slot and gets their confirmation. Nothing to install, nothing to create.
Are SMS reminders included?
The feature is included; the SMS themselves are counted in credits, per message and by country. It is the most effective lever against no-shows, and it is not standard at Calendly.
Do we need a Zoom or Teams account?
No: video is built in and the link opens in the browser. If you prefer Teams, Google Meet or Zoom, the integration is there — it is a choice, not an obligation.
What if we only want scheduling?
