Everything you know about a customer, on one screen

Before you call, open the record: latest emails, transcribed calls, past appointments, quotes in progress, open tasks. The 360° view tells the whole story of the relationship.

How it works

A record that fills itself in

The record that fills itself in

Every hub feeds the 360° view: a campaign sent, a call made, an appointment booked, a ticket opened, a quote accepted. Nobody "updates the CRM" — the CRM updates itself because the work happens inside it.

  • Automatic activities from every hub
  • Emails with open and click statuses
  • Linked calls with duration, recording, summary
  • Appointments and their attendance statuses

Context right when you need it

The record displays when the phone rings, is checked before an appointment, is shared between colleagues. Custom fields and linked business objects complete the picture: cases in progress, rented equipment, active contracts.

  • Record displayed on incoming call
  • Custom fields and objects built in
  • History viewable by the whole team (based on permissions)
  • Global search to get there in two clicks

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Does the 360° view work for companies as well as contacts?

Yes: company records aggregate their branches, their associated contacts and every linked interaction. Cross-navigation between contact and company is instant.

Can I control who sees what?

Yes, through roles and permissions: every user accesses the records and hubs allowed for their role, and workspaces separate teams when needed.

What appears on the record automatically?

Calls with their transcript and summary, emails, campaigns received, appointments, quotes and invoices, tickets and chat conversations, plus linked objects — cases, properties, contracts.

Can we see a company's history across all its contacts?

Yes: the company record aggregates its contacts' activity, its opportunities and its documents. That is what stops a salesperson calling a firm without knowing a colleague spoke to them yesterday.

How long is history kept?

As long as you decide: retention is set per data type, to meet both your sector's obligations and the GDPR.
