Our vision
The value of a suite is in its seams. We do not have any.
Two tools joined by a connector share copies: there is always a delay, a field that does not carry over, a resync to run again. Here the eight hubs write into the same database, and there is nothing to synchronise.

The conviction
What the absence of copies changes
The contact is the same everywhere
The visitor who opens the chat, the prospect who fills in a form, the customer who calls and the one you invoice are a single record. Their history carries their conversations, their appointments, their quotes and their calls, in the order they happened.
- One record, every channel
- Full history on the record
- Visible to the team in real time
- Created or enriched from first contact
Your data, not only ours
A CRM that only accepts its own fields forces you back to a spreadsheet. Custom objects are tables of your own — cases, contracts, equipment, housing units — with their properties, their records and their links to contacts.
- Custom objects with their own properties
- Links to contacts and companies
- Handled by automation like everything else
- A date reached can fire a scenario
Knowing what happened, at every level
Unified data is not only about avoiding re-keying: it makes an honest account possible. Who spoke to this customer, through which channel, with what outcome, in how long. Without that, you steer on gut feeling.
- History across every channel
- Response times, SLAs and satisfaction in one place
- Attribution from first source to sale
- The numbers exist from the first week
Sovereignty, in practice
French publisher, data hosted in the European Union, GDPR by design, published prices. This is not a marketing line: it is an architecture, and it can be checked — the contracts are published with their version and their fingerprint.
- Hosting in the European Union
- Consent tracked per channel, with its source
- Public contracts, versioned, verifiable
- Export your data at any time

FAQ
Frequently asked questions
What stops a classic CRM from doing the same?
Nothing, except its history. Most suites are acquisitions glued back together: each part kept its own database, and a connector shuttles between them. Metaventus was built in one piece, which is only an advantage because it arrived later.
Can I still export?
Yes, at any time. Unified data is not captive data: if one day you leave, you leave with your contacts, your companies, your deals and your history.
What if my data is already somewhere else?
Connectors bring over Brevo and HubSpot, and file import covers the rest. The escape programme shows the volumes before the import and a report after: you compare two columns rather than take our word for it.
Where is the data hosted?
In the European Union, and the contractual documents say so with their version, their effective date and their verification fingerprint.
