1. Purpose
This policy governs the use of the artificial intelligence features of the Metaventus platform (the “AI Features”), published by VENTUS (see the Terms of Use). It supplements the Terms of Use and the Terms of Service.
2. Features covered
The AI Features include in particular: the Metaventus assistant (“Brain”), the generation and improvement of material (emails, posts, replies), the enrichment and inference of fields, automated replies (chatbot, comments), data analysis and summarisation, as well as the autonomous task execution modes when You enable them.
3. Models and providers
The AI Features rely on models supplied by third-party providers, in particular OpenAI and Mistral AI, as well as on processing developed by Metaventus. The data strictly necessary to carry out a request (the “Input Data”) is transmitted to those providers under appropriate contractual safeguards. Metaventus does not use your data to train general-purpose AI models.
4. Input and output data
You are responsible for the Input Data You submit and for the use made of the generated material (the “Output Data”). You undertake not to submit special categories of data within the meaning of article 9 GDPR, nor any information You are not authorised to share.
The Output Data may contain errors, approximations or similarities with material generated for other users; it constitutes neither legal, nor accounting, nor medical advice.
5. Human oversight
The AI Features are assistance tools: human review is required before any use with significant effect (sending a campaign, replying to a customer, publishing, taking a commercial decision). Where You enable an autonomous execution mode, You define its scope and remain responsible for the actions carried out within it; You may interrupt it at any time.
6. Regulatory positioning
The Metaventus AI Features are designed for use cases of minimal or limited risk within the meaning of the European Regulation on artificial intelligence (the “AI Act”). Metaventus does not provide, through the Platform, any high-risk AI system and makes no fully automated decision producing legal effects on individuals without human intervention.
7. Consumption
Use of certain AI Features consumes credits under the conditions set out in the Terms of Service and displayed in the Platform.
8. Changes
Metaventus may change the list of features, models and providers. Any substantial change to this policy is subject to fresh acceptance through the Platform.
9. Language
This policy is drafted in French. Where a translation is provided for convenience, only the French version is authoritative.
